Subscriptions and Billing
Q: How do I subscribe to PDF Prism Premium?
A: You can subscribe directly through the app by tapping on the “Upgrade to Premium” button on the settings screen or when prompted while using a premium feature.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription through your app store account:
- For iOS: Open the App Store > tap your profile icon > Subscriptions > PDF Prism > Cancel Subscription
- For Android: Open the Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PDF Prism > Cancel subscription
Q: Will I lose access after canceling?
A: You’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you’ll revert to the free version.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. Please contact the respective app store for refund requests.

Q: How do I convert a PDF to another format?
A: Open the file in PDF Prism, tap the menu icon, and select the conversion option you need (like PDF to Word, PDF to Images, etc.). Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Q: Why are my PDFs taking a long time to process?
A: Processing time depends on the file size, complexity, and your device’s processing power. Large files with many pages or complex formatting will take longer to process.
Q: Can I password protect my PDFs?
A: Yes! Open your PDF, tap the menu icon, and select “Protect PDF.” You can then set user and owner passwords to secure your document.
Q: How do I merge multiple PDFs?
A: From the home screen, select “Merge PDFs,” then add the files you want to combine. You can reorder them before tapping “Merge” to complete the process.
Q: My document looks different after conversion. Why?
A: Some formatting elements may change during conversion due to differences between file formats. Complex layouts, special fonts, or embedded elements might not convert perfectly.
